RecommendedHot Room Toledo is amazing! Do yourself a favor and try it out, you won’t regret it! All of the instructors and even other students are so kind and encouraging! IHP is fun and upbeat, while 90min yoga is slow and calming. So many classes and times to choose from, it can work for anyones schedule! The heat is real, but don’t let it stop you, it’s so worth it!
