We pride ourselves on being able to deliver Bikram Yoga to the Toledo Community in a state of the art facility. Bikram Yoga Toledo is excited to announce that it now offers infrared heating inside the yoga room. With the addition of infrared we now employ three methods of heating our yoga room – Steam, convection, and now infrared heating technology. Speak with one of our teachers for more information on how infrared heating can help you.

Truth be told I am not a big fitness guy in fact I ended up at Hot Room after being taunted by a friend... yes I was bullied into it LOL.
