Yin yoga was amazing last night. It hurt but the good kind of hurt. I just wished that class was offered in the evening more than once a week.
The energy in this studio and it's instructors are what helped me recognize my deep love for Bikram Yoga. After having traveled the country and gone to many other Bikram studios, it's still my favorite and will be a place I always come back to when I'm in the area.
Bikram Yoga Toledo is the best Bikram studio I have ever attended. The instructors truly care about helping each person move gracefully through their journey. BYT is a supportive, nurturing, caring community of people who love the hot room! If you have stress or just want to improve flexibility, this is the place for you.
