Last night was my first yoga/hot yoga experience and I am SO glad that I went. Kelly was our instructor last night and she really helped me feel comfortable through the whole experience and I didn't feel like I was the odd-ball out who knew nothing about yoga. I have been trying to find a good work-out routine for a long time and I think I've finally found it. So excited to keep learning and practicing hot yoga here at Bikram Yoga Toledo!!!!
