Bikeorbar is one piece of Buffalo I just can't find anywhere else (I currently live in North Carolina)! Their classes are so challenging and fun while the instructors are friendly, relatable, and encouraging so I always feel welcome even if I haven't been in a while. Each time I complete a class, I am genuinely surprised about how far I am able to push myself! Such an awesome environment, where everyone is working hard and supporting each other. Instructors are high energy and passionate!
Bikeorbar is the perfect place to keep into shape and have fun doing it! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful.
I think this GYM is AMAZING! They go above and beyond to cater to your health needs. They offer a variety of awesome classes too. I highly recommend this facility to anyone!
