Bikeorbar is amazing! The instructors are motivating, helpful, and friendly. They are more than willing to assist you or modify movements if you need. Their positivity and encouragement allows you to feel comfortable and push yourself to the best of your ability. Bikeorbar offers a wide variety of classes all of which are all fun, unique, and rewarding. I always feel incredible after a workout at bikeorbar. I highly recommend trying bikeorbar out, you won't regret it!
My experience at bike or bar has been more than motivating. They push you to do your best and work out at your level. They are supportive and make you enjoy your work out. You leave feeling your best. And let’s just say that makes the 6am class a little more bearable. Thanks bike or bar for giving me a new view on working out!

I absolutely love BikeOrBar! The staff is so welcoming and always pushes me to do my best. They offer a variety of workout classes that are so different and fun at the same time. I always look forward to coming to class here.
