Great class, spin/cross....then my wallet went missing- turned out, it went down btw the cubby and the wall- and the Management and spin instructor could not have been kinder or more diligent- long story short, they actually texted everyone who had been there in that time to see if my pants were accidentally picked up by someone else. Amazing instructors with a variety of classes for everyone!! Brit Leo has been my biggest supporter and has also personally helped with my weight loss journey of over 100 pounds lost!!! Highly recommend to family, friends and those just trying to live a healthier lifestyle!
This place is amazing. The energy and motivation is astounding... the instructors know exactly when to push... going here has made such an impact in my progress and the way I feel. ❤️ this place!

I was definitely struggling with finding motivation to work out until one day I had enough. The only solution for me was to go back to bikeorbar!! It was the best choice I made in a long time!! Each time I complete a class, I am genuinely surprised about how far I am able to push myself! Such an awesome environment, where everyone is working hard and supporting each other!!
Bikeorbar has been my constant motivation over the past 5-6 years! Whenever I am in a work out funk I know that all I have to do is sign up for a Bikeorbar class and I am instantly motivated!
