Came in from Oregon, and had to make sure I got my workout in as I am training for another figure/physique competition. Hit two classes back to back with MJ. It was harder then I thought and the music kept me going! Loved every second! Will be back on my next visit home!
In town for a few days, loved the classes. Rob answered every question I had, and worked with me to find the perfect class for me! Sad I have to leave town because I will miss this place but I WILL BE BACK �
There's not one class or instructor that I haven't enjoyed! I have not felt this motivated to work out in years. Everyone is very nice, friendly, and encouraging. There are a lot of great businesses in Buffalo, but I can't see myself working out anywhere else. Such a fun place!
This place is pure magic. Killer music with great instructors in a perfect set up. These guys know what they are doing and everyone is helpful and encouraging. A physical and mental catharsis that everyone needs. Come burn a ton of calories while having such a fun time. You will not be disappointed!
I work for a different gym and I always love and appreciate coming to Bikeorbar because it's a non-corporate facility which allows for more fun and less rules. The atmosphere is completely different and everyone is nice, motivational, and encouraging while still being fun at the same time. Twerk class is the best experience of my life. I love going and would recommend it to everyone!
