MJ was a fantastic instructor! I took her 10:30 CrosSpin class on Tuesday. The music and atmosphere pushed me to work my hardest! I especially loved MJ pushing us while doing the circuit work! Overall the experience was fantastic and I can't wait to come back!
I have never loved a fitness center the way I do when it comes to bikeorbar. Working out here is amazing!! I always feel like I am out dancing when I come here. The music selection is amazing and gives you so much motivation. Not only is the music great, but the instructors are awesome. So motivating, helpful and they genuinely care. Brit & Mj are my absolute faves when it comes to taking classes. But bikeorbar has sooo many more amazing instructors. From the two classes I have taken so far , they are so much fun and definantly a work out . It makes you want to go back for more ! I can't wait to sign up for a package deal and get going . Such great positive energy and awesome place . Absolutely love it
