RecommendedI ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!! I have 4 different gym memberships and I am here more than any other place. The people are great, the instructors are amazing and even better so motivational. I have a radio show on MIX96 and I tell people about BikeOrBar all the time, along with my coworkers at the station!! Keep it up cause you guys are changing lives everyday!!
Great instructors that truly love what they do and care about their clients. You gotta love classes when they are so fun you forget you are working hard!

First visit, atmosphere was very welcoming and the class itself was challenging and alot of fun at the same time. We will definitely be back again!!!
Absolutely love Bikeorbar - other exercise class facilities don't even comes close to their greatness!!! Each instructor gives you such an intense workout and offers an overall experience that you will not find anywhere else!! I had never been to a spin class before Bikeorbar and now I'm obsessed. You can tell that all the instructors want you to get the most out of each workout and push you to your limit!! You will not be disappointed :)
