Bikeorbar is an incredible place to get a workout. They offer a ton of class options, for any different fitness level. I like going somewhere that I know I'll be pushed to my limit, and I can count on that at Bikeorbar no matter what instructor is teaching. I'm addicted to the CrosSPIN classes that combine spinning and Crossfit. The owners and the instructors are amazing people.
