I know I'm late to the BikeorBar party but I've already gotten 3 of my friends on board in the 6 weeks I've been going. I wanted to wait to write my review until I had the opportunity to experience most of the instructors and different classes. I'm now on my 7th class and will be going to BikeorBar until they close or I die, hopefully the latter. 6 classes and I'm already down one belt buckle from the CrossSpin and Spin TRX classes. I'd like to start off saying that I NEVER write reviews for anything, so this is saying a lot. I came to Buffalo for a year long program and I am leaving in 2 weeks and I can say that I am going to miss Bike or Bar SO MUCH! This place is absolutely amazing, bike or bar has such a good variety of classes with AMAZING instructors. Ladies, I highly suggest you come here and try a class out. Best all around studio in Western New York. This is the original indoor cycling studio- They have a lot more too; TRX, Booty Barre, Surfing workout, Rowing, CrosSPIN, Yoga, Kettlebells, Pound and Hybrid classes. Also the bikes there are the best-with the most accurate power (watts) consoles that measure calories, distance speed, RPM and watts. 5 big screen tv's with Heart Rate, Virtual riding, Music videos and performance. All the instructors are amazing too! Try it out.
Friendly staff, great instructors, and a variety of classes you can't get anywhere else. Fun, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere keeps me here as a client. Every class, from Yoga to TRX-Spin is a challenge that gets you so much closer to your own fitness goals. Student rates are definitely a plus!
