I Love Bikeorbar. Great classes, great Instructors. The thing I like most about it, though is you are treated like family there. Alex and her family are always so friendly and go above and beyond to show they really care about you. I also like that they are always changing things up and adding new things.

Bikeorbar is awesome! Alex and her team are the best! They have passion, energy and the intensity of their classes get the results that I'm looking for. Their creativity is keeping Bikeorbar one step ahead of all the others. The atmosphere, equipment and the environment they have created, all comes together with each class.
