Bikeorbar is such an awesome gym!! Did a spinning class there with Ren and it was so much fun, they have great music, flashing lights, music videos playing, and stats up on the screen corresponding to your own bike! The energy in there really pumps you up to have a great workout and it goes by so fast! I would recommend to anyone! Looking forward to trying other classes.
LOVE bikeorbar!! I've taken a few classes there and can't wait to do more. The staff is amazing and so helpful! They have so many different types of classes and great times to choose from.
Started going to Bikeorbar a few weeks ago and absolutely LOVE IT. Classes are fun and I always leave dripping with sweat. What more could you ask for!

BikeorBar is the BEST! Great studio with even better instructors! A group of ladies and I meet here on Wednesdays for Ren's Spin Class and it is awesome! Can't wait to try more of their classes :)
