Bikeorbar is theeeee best place to get your spin on! Nowhere else will you get an experience like it. They have amazing, kick-ass, up-beat, and personable instructors and the most fun atmosphere! You feel like family when you walk in the door...and after a few classes it will become your home away from home and the place you go to get rid of your stress.

Basically the best place for group fitness ever, in s nutshell. The instructors are hot and intense, the clientele is always sexy, even the owners are smokin! ���. Making this a staple of your weekly routine is def a major �!
The best gym I've been to hands down! Everybody there is great- the classes are so different then your typical gym and you will never get bored!!

I went to my first class the other day and had the best time! The energy is great and they make working out fun. I was SO sore the next day too (in a good way ). There's so many unique offerings, I'm already signed up for my next class!
