AWFUL, my two daughters wanted their nails done for their holiday so I agreed. They charged me £70 for the smallest childs nails and after 6 days a few of them pinged off. The worst part is they had a dog that belonged to the owners which bit me, only after I stroked the dog did they say be careful it bites!!! Absolute shambles never again!!!

Terrible nails, should have listened to the reviews, the lady today was so rude and rushing, my nails look thick and chunky and not a nice shape at all, all different. Expensive too. The dog was very cute.

This is usually my go to place for pedicures as in the past they've been done really well. However, my most recent visit this week was no where near the expected standard. It was a different lady who did the Luxury Pedicure, and I understand that the salon was busy (near Bank Holiday) however, she rushed through the treatment. When I tried to tell her she would just speak to another man in Chinese, and he would talk to me, even though she could speak English which I found quite rude. I went to this salon for the first time yesterday for a pedicure. The staff are polite and hardworking. Enjoyed my pedicure which I was happy with and look forward to future visits.
