Pretty good sports bar – OK ? so I only wanted to come here because it?s called ?Big Wangs? and the name made me laugh. (my last name is Wang.) After some cajoling I convinced a friend to join me to watch a UCLA game there. The inside looks like a typical sports bar ? lots of TV?s all over the place, lots of seating (booths, stools, tables galore) and random sports and Big Wang memorabilia everywhere. IF CHEAP IS WHAT YOU SEEK!!!!! – I can't believe this place, the only bar around with specials every night of the week,$2.50 for a pint. Great for sports, TV's everywhere, and the RIBS rock!!!! If you are looking for a place to meet for cheap drinks and food before you go out, there is no better place. OTHER THINGS $5 buck chilled yager shots and my Ketal and soda was in a pint glass. 2 thumbs up . Great value.
good for games, avoid everything else – so the couple of times i have been to big wangs, I cant say I have truly enjoyed the entire experience. Starting with the bouncer- he was not the nicest, granted I know he is "doing his job" but jeez, I know nicer parking reinforcement workers. Fun, but... – Fun place but check your credit/debit card statements the day after, I was overcharged by quite a bit. Be careful :)
Dont Bother – My friends and I came here after we saw some local bands at the Knitting Factory on a Sunday night. Two of the girls in our party carpooled and they told use they could go in by themselves but if we all wanted to enter they would have to wait. There were about 6-8 guys already waiting in line and they let our ladiy friends in first. We went up the street to grab a bite to eat. Must try in Hollywood. – Just found this place in Hollywood. Feels exactly like my favorite bar from home. Been twice in the past week and the staff is super friendly. The drinks are cheap and the food I have had so far is great. Cant wait to go back. See yall there.
Delicious food! – Big Wangs serves delicious food. It is simple, down-to-earth and unpretentious. While they are well known for their chicken wings, the rest of their menu should not be overlooked because it is just as good. They also have a good beer selection. The atmosphere is fun and casual. Everyone seems to know each other. It is a good spot to hang out with friends over a couple of beers.

horrible – Where do I even begin,? I went in a couple days ago, the bouncer was arrogant, the place was a mess, they were out of the first 3 beers I tried to order, my pizza fries came out cold, the wings were over cooked and it took 20 min for the kitchen to replace them ( it was 30 min before they came out the first time), my server ( a thin brunette) never got us the waters we asked for and failed to bring us extrra napkins when asked...I asked to speek to a manager and he walked by us 3 times before comming over to our t... read more
