They are nice until they get the sale and then they care nothing about you after the sale and service is a joke. They rob you by telling you that the car needs all kinds of things to pad the bill and if you don't agree, they treat you like you are stupid.
Saw a car we liked online, called the online fleet department about an hour and a half before closing (sorry!) and John had the car ready for us to test drive and work numbers. He didn't play games with us and made the car buying process easy and effortless. Also- Jeff in the finance department was awesome. Made a custom extended warranty/gap insurance/etc package for us and it was totally worth it. Definitely would recommend.
I have purchased numerous vehicles from Big Two Toyota over the years, as well as taken many family members and friends there. Up until today, they were my first recommendation. We dealt with Jerry Watson, and we were misinformed from the beginning. I felt like I was at a sleezy car dealership rather than dealing with professionals who stand for quality service behind Toyota. I have never been treated so disrespectfully.
