I took a dead battery out of my car and took it to your parts counter for a new battery it was under warranty and I had the receipt.He told me I had to go thru the service dept because he didn't have a tester.After over an hour trying to get someone to help me(they couldn't be bothered over a simple battery replacement) I was told they couldn't help me because my car wasn't there with the battery.I have my receipts and battery I'm having a very hard time why it just can't be replaced like every other place I've ever been to ... read more
This place is much better than Earnheart Toyota. Sales and financing department were awesome and made sure I was getting the best deal. However I would don't know I was getting a brand new car till I saw It. I thought I was getting a 2016 scion iM. But I got a 2017 Toyota Corolla iM instead. Not that I'm complaining. I would just have wanted to do some up grades to it... which I can still do.
Wow these guys were amazing from beginning to end. I avoided buying a new car so i would not have to haggle and be pressured, but Dana and Phil in the internet department made this the easiest and most haggle free transaction ever. George in finance and Del with delivery were exceptional to. Thank you all for the smooth no pressure transaction.
