After having to visit community toyota in Texas I have to say my service person Billy is awesome, always the best service.
An amazing dealership. Performed the requested maintenance plus got a pedicure and massage all at the dealership.
4 hours to gets (scheduled) oil change. Use another dealer.
Wow! Awesome! Drove up, with no appointment to get tires rotated. It was so busy I thought it would take a long time. To my surprise my husband and I both received FREE (we did tip) back massages! My gosh! They have a nail salon, hair salon, and a barber shop too! Anyway, our Highlander was done in 20 minutes to boot! Loved it!
Was super excited to get my new tundra in for its first service great place check in was painless until they brought my truck out to me, my number one pet peeve is when they move your seat I happen to be tall and whomever took my truck to the service bay was not I about cracked a kneecap getting into my truck. Now the pisser to all of this is there are greasy finger prints down my drivers door ( I don’t let them run my truck thru their car wash because of my bed kayak racks )
A Big shout out to Big Two Toyota and to Bel and Rusty!! We've bought a lot of vehicles in the past 35yrs. Everybody we talked with were amazing, if you are wanting to get a new vehicle you have to go check them out!
When I take my truck in for an oil change they think they need to rotate my tires. The first time both front wheels almost came off because they don't tighten the lug nuts. Tonight, after a service about a month ago when again they thought they knew best and rotated my tires, I heard a clunking in the wheel. I now have 3 broken studs on a front wheel due to lug nuts coming loose. I had to abandon my truck in a parking lot because I am too scared to drive it.
