If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. This is the shadiest dealership I have ever dealt with. They are the epitome of slimy salesmen who lie and promise the moon but deliver rotten cheese. Problems every time I have to deal with Big Two. With every recall fixed, a new problem arises. Last recall, a huge creasing dent was made to the outside panel to get to the recalled item. Nice. I just recently called service to see how much it would cost to program a key fob I purchased from Amazon. The serviceman said to "just bring it by, I won't charge you." Today I was told, "that requires an appointment and it'll be $130." I asked to check the call log to see who I originally spoke with. No can do.
