Had a great experience there Sunday buying a car. Joshua was an excellent salesman. Not pushy at all and very friendly and helpful.
I had an extended service plan! Three of the four times I used the plan, my husband checked their work and they did not do their job correctly. They would mark green the air filters when they were so dirty and disgusting. They would just mark the boxes! This place does not service your vehicles correctly!
We had a good experience when we leased our Sienna in 2015 but when that lease was up and we came back to lease something else their pricing was outrageous compared to other dealerships. We ended up going elsewhere and now for the past month I get 1-2 phone calls a week asking me to come in and look at the Highlanders. I’ve explained each time we bought elsewhere but they keep calling. I’ll have to block the number. I don’t enjoy being hounded and I definitely will not be returning.
Same issue as several others. Held hostage for 5 hours then they blew us off and phone calls which were promised never came. Glad I’m not the only one. Terrible customer service and can not refer ever again. We are a four Toyota family but the next won’t be from Big Two.

You guys are my dealership, Earnhardt was a complete disappointment but you guys rock, got me into my Sun Fusion FJ Cruiser without a hassle . If you arent getting your Toyota from Big Two youre missin out on great customer service.
