Sammy Beardmore in the Fleet/Internet department at Big Two made purchasing our new Prius a great experience. There was no pressure, no haggling over price. I am looking to purchase a car and phoned to speak with the fleet dealer. When I went in person I was asked upon leaving to be introduced to the manager. I wondered why I needed to do that if I was already with the fleet manager. So I called back and was told everyone has that title. So if you want the fleet manager I believe you now have to ask for the "director" or you will get a sales person off the floor. If this is not correct please explain. I went for the first service in my new Highlander. Todd was professional and personable as my service consultant and would recommend. The wait time was less than I expected and my car was returned squeaky clean. The only thing I'm not really pleased with is the lounge area there. It's right next to this pirate ship play area for kids. Inevitably one or more of the kids frequently shouts and screams at the top of their lungs and it gets annoying when ur trying to read or watch TV.
