Why call me to ask how the service went and then hang up on me?
I love the amenities that they offer their customers in the waiting room. The reason I gave only 4 stars instead of 5 is, even with an appointment be prepared to spend at least an 1 1/2 hours there.

Made an appointment for a recall notice on my corolla 4 days in advance. Went to drop it off and was told i still had to wait 3 hours and should have made an appointment. When i told them i did they said" well the one you made it with called out sick today so you still have to wait." Doesnt it makes sense when this happens to call there customers and let them know ahead of time? Apparently not.
Just left from Big Two looking for a Highlander, walked around the used car lot, opened the doors and got in one. There wasn't another customer around the used car area, I noticed a sales person talking to another sales person.... So huh! Maybe they are for new cars only so I walked to the new cars and a sales person came walking out and passed me up to talk to a gentleman who told him he didn't need any help, he then walked right past me.
