We bought our Toyotas at a different place, before we really knew about Big Two. Wish we would have bough them at Big Two! Now we use Big Two for service, and always will. Great service and friendly, caring people.
We have had excellent service from Big Two Toyota, they have serviced our vehicles pretty much since they opened. Bighly recommend them.
Wonderful experience. Top notch. Treated like a VIP. ..took my Rav in for service. .after I left noticed some dash lights on. Returned and was taken care of in minutes. Received a card for free detail and gas with next visit for my inconvenience. .thanks Dan Daily and the entire staff. .this is the way to run a business!
Best service you could ask for. I will go out of my way for you. Sometimes it just depends on the sales person you get. If you want excellent service and a great facility the come on down. Ask for EVAN. Ill treat you right and make it as painless as possible
This dealership is poorly run. I will never buy from them again. Ever.
Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the service I've received. I got into the exact vehicle my husband and I wanted, stayed at the dealership for 6 or more hours completing the paperwork. We've been driving our vehicle for almost a week get a call that says they need another 6000 down, 70 more a month in payments, and they have already cashed our 2500 check for a down payment. Not expecting that! I believe it's called "saddling up" in the car business. RUDE don't believe the "no haggle, honest and up front ploy".
Horrible! After agreeing on an out the door price, filling out paperwork, having our credit ran, sticker removed, etc. we were told the negotiated price would not be honored because we didn't have a trade in. We specifically told the sales rep that we did NOT have a trade in. Funny thing is that we would have paid the higher price if they had just been HONEST about the price from the beginning. These guys will try to charge you $600-$1000 in add on you don't want..$300 for floor mats?!? They were kinda nice, but really?!? . They will seriously low ball your trade-in.I used the USAA car buying program and it was a complete disaster due to these guys. What should have been a done deal turned into 2 hours shuck and no drive. If you are a military member, veteran or a USAA member. WAVE OFF! These guys will just take your money and your time...
