They always leave a mess when trying to collect from our business location. Absolute waste of money. Their drivers should’t be allowed to work anywhere.
We are paying for waste collection across three businesses with Biffa Waste Norwich, yet collections have been repeatedly missed from July through September without any proper explanation. Our bins have been left overflowing for months, causing major inconvenience and embarrassment for our businesses. Despite paying a premium for reliable service, the customer support is unresponsive, and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional — we will be looking for an alternative provider.
One decade I have been with biffa now my company is sold they want 44% to cancel my contract even tho I didn’t sign a contract I’m on a rolling contract I have proof. I have few other business I am definitely cancelling all my contract with biffa all 5 business.
I have a Biffa waste bin for my work at home and I have to say whoever my driver is he/ she is top class , always rates everything even if the bin is over full. Never leaves a thing and regardless if the size. I am very impressed with this service and woukd highly recommend this service
Worst Customer Services of all time. They used to be quite good, but since they have introduced the online system that doesn't cover everything - they are dreadful.
