Stay away from them. Absolute scammers. Including the managers (holly). They cancelled our contract without us asking them to. And then had the audacity to charge a cancellation fee as well as the following months collection. They have hidden fees which they don't make clear at the beginning. Be very careful. You can get cheaper services from the COUNCIL, ASH or VEOLIA. Just stay away from this bunch.
If I could give 0 to them , I must give, they always take hidden payments without permissions , first 3 months they will be fine with and then they will start extra payments from accounts, They are fraud , and then they start blackmailing you
