Terrible. Keep charging us for services we cancelled and then when we finally cancel our DD refused to collect the bins we still had a contract for!

Never put bins back where they should go meaning we have to move it every week before getting the car out also seen the driver spot me looking and run off after not putting the bin back not the first time it's happened and not even our bin shocking behaviour will be ringing customer services too
Biffa allow us the flexibility to service all of our hospitality clients. Where they do not offer certain waste collections, they are comfortable working with other tier ones, to allow a full service offering to the end user
