Great hotel, 2 blocks from Bourbon Street
Recommended for everything! Location, ambiance, and rooms. I want to take the 4 poster king home. — with Stephanie Keeton.
The bellman and concierge could not have been lovelier and the lady overseeing the wonderful continental breakfast did not laugh at my daily "bacon mountain" with a side of eggs. The courtyard and pool are tranquil and relaxing. The restaurant is yummy. The historic atmosphere is fabulous and the location couldn't be better. The rooms? Such a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. So conveniently located.
As far as I’m concerned for 25 years the best hotel around tremendous staff always helpful treat you just like family
We had a great Valentines Day trip. Beverly helped my husband surprise me with flowers in my room. Thanks Beverly.. The entire staff was extremely nice & helpful. The location was excellent we we’re close to everything. We had a small issue with the AC but they fixed it right away. Would definitely recommend..GREAT hotel!!!
This hotel is beautiful and the staff is awesome. Great location in the French Quarter. There was a chilled bottle of champagne waiting for me in my room along with a birthday card signed by the staff...so sweet.
Beautiful place. In the heart of New Orleans.
We had a horrible experience with the hotel overcharging us thousands of dollars on our credit cards right before a cruise with our family. We spent several hours at the front desk and on the phone with our bank because the front desk made a mistake upon checkin and overcharged our card. They said it was fixed but the next day another $800 in charges showed up. We will never stay here again when we come back every year to New Orleans. Horrible staff and management, didn’t seem to care they almost ruined our $15,000 vacation.
