The staff are the best and newly renovated rooms are so beautiful. Also in an amazing location in the french quarter. I love it here!!!

Absolutely wonderful stay. Recent renovations put this hotel over the top. Super friendly staff, beautiful rooms and baths. Very convenient to everything in the French Quarter. We will make this a regular destination. Read many negative reviews but the all seem to be from before renovations. Truly a classy hotel.

This was an excellent visit!!! Everyone was so nice. Unlike other people that didn’t get their car in a timely manner, we received ours in minutes. The room is beautiful and very clean. We’ve already decided that this is our new ‘go to’ place when staying in New Orleans.
My mother and I booked our trip for mother's day weekend back in October. There was a mix-up with their computer system and from what I can gather our reservation must have disappeared, because they upgraded us to a FAR better room than what we'd originally booked. All in all we had an incredible long weekend, and the staff (and accommodations) at the Bienville House made it that much more special. We'll be booking here again the next time we visit!
