RecommendedWe just got home from our stay here and can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed ourselves. This is like a little oasis in the bustle of the French Quarter. It is walking distance from everything, but a quiet retreat when you need some rest. All of the staff were extremely helpful in recommending and booking our experiences. Bienville House went above and beyond to make our honeymoon perfect! Our suite was unbelievable and they even left us some celebratory champagne! My parents stayed there for their honeymoon almost 40 years ago and it was special to also stay there for ours!
Ms. Cynthia was so amazing very polite, kind and courteous my visit at the Beneville House Hotel was awesome I highly recommend it
Had a wonderful stay at Bienville House. Cynthia at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Ann at the breakfast bar was very sweet and pleasant. The hotel is very well keep and decorated nicely. It is conveniently located in the French Quarter. I would definitely stay here again.

Fun spent two night. Had a good breakfast both morning. The kids had a great time in the pool.
Cynthia, and her radio-smooth voice, was our favorite desk staff, ever. Robbie, the concierge is sweetly authentic and helpful. We will come back and stay here in a heartbeat. Lovely, lovely staff, including the sweet couple that pour coffee and manage daily breakfast. It's the staff that will bring us back . . what grand New Orleans hospitality!
