Have the air conditioning work the room not stink like wet dog and the staff be more accommodating if you have issues. we called about the air conditioning and were told to prop our door open. Not what I expected for the price. the concierge was nice enough to let me borrow his luggage cart if I promised to return it
Lovely hotel with a great location in the French Quarter. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.
We love Bienville House! We honeymooned there 25 years ago and just went back this past weekend. They treated us like royalty. Even left a sweet note in our room congratulating us and welcoming us back. If you travel to NOLA Bienville House is a must stay!
