I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were very competent and helpful.
Beautiful hotel with lovely bathroom and incredibly comfortable beds. They had a wonderful selection of breakfast items as well. The property is located in a convenient part of the French Quarter, close to Canal St and Jackson Square. But the best part of the house tell is the staff. Every person we encountered was amazing and kind. Miss Cynthia and the other lady that worked the desk are treasures. They all make a great hotel - phenomenal.
Bienville was the perfect place to stay. The room was spacious & beds are very comfortable! Beverly at the front desk was awesome!
Loved our time at this lovely place. Great free breakfast. Cynthia on Reception was so helpful and friendly. Loved the Southern hospitality

When we first came in we were greeted by William. We had asked opinions onwhere to go for beignets and for dinner. He was very helpful. The rooms where spacious.
