I saw on facebook that Redline is releasing a new monocog model in October the staff at BXC was able to take my money and preorder the bike for me huge thank you to them. This shop can do anything for a cyclist always a 5 star experience

Brought old bike in yesterday for new tires and such it’s an old banana seat bike, the guy who helped us yesterday was great but today brought a 10 speed in for new chain & burly neared man was so rude to us when all we wanted was new chain and not all the extra stuff we didn’t need. After I pick up bike next week I won’t be coming back there again
I went in this week with an idea of what I wanted. After working with Pat, who listened to what I was hoping to find, and taking a couple bikes out for a spin, I settled on the perfect bike for me. Pat didn’t try to talk me into more bike than I wanted, which was extremely nice. I enjoyed the staff, their knowledge and advice, and service they all provided. Top notch. I highly recommend BXC.
