I can't say enough about the service my wife and I received from Pat and the rest of the crew at The Bicycle X-Change! Pat helped us pick out what we were looking for in bikes, which were different based on our riding preferences, but fortunately, they have any style of bike you could ask for. The service department got a few parts installed on each bike, got us fit correctly, replaced the different style valves on the bike I went with, and put the "slime tubes" into both bikes. Borrowed a bike for my first Sprint thriathalon. I haven't ridden a bike since I was a kid! Took it in there, they went over all the gears and shifting with me and sized the bike for me. They were so patient and a huge help and didn't charge me a dime! Thank you Bicycle Exchange!!
