I was in Wichita for some Schooling and decided to rent a bike. They set me up on a reliable road bike to do a few miles. Supplied a tube, tire levers, and a co2 cartridge to get me back if need be. They also have a great selection of goods and services (if you're more local). I am glad they were available to make my trip to Wichita a little more exciting! Recommended!
Went in last week to see if they could fix my brake light. To my surprise they replaced it (under warranty) no questions asked. They’ve always provided great service. I trust them with all of my cycling needs. Thank you to everyone at BXC!
Went in a couple of weeks ago with no real idea of what I wanted to buy. I told Mike I wasn't looking to buy that day and he still took the time to try and figure out what I was needing (despite the store being super busy). Came back this past weekend to buy. Told Pat what I was looking for and what I was looking to spend. Got me a great deal on a fantastic bike and got me sized up to it so I could be riding that afternoon. Awesome store and service!
When in a bind they always seem to have exactly what I’m looking for and or they order it super quick like my hood covers I was needing for a race tomorrow. Not to mention when I just couldn’t figure out a spacing issue with my new change rings a couple weeks back Jack dove in and got me fixed up! Thankful to have a great place to go since just moving here this summer!
RecommendedThe great crew at BXC really came through for me this week! I had a strange noise on my old road bike hooked up to my Hammer trainer......Jack found the problem and I am back to training!!!! Great friends and service!

I took my bicycle to them (Witch I bought from them) because I needed to change my rear tire, they did a good job on the tire but it was way too expensive for the service they gave me, they left my speeds all mixed, I’ve had issues with the brakes and the chain is getting stuck all the time. I will take my business else where because if they are going to charge you so much just to change a tire they should at least make sure they don’t mess anything else or give your bicycle back to you better that you expect.

I went it bought my grips and pedals and he put them on for free there really nice and I would shop there again
