bicycle X-Change got me a very limited edition PK RIPPER and held it for me with just a phone call. sold it to me at list price where other shops were selling for +400 more. awesome people. highly recommend

Pros - huge selection, sales team knows all the bikes, got to test ride two around the block, not pushy and just want to make sure you get the bike that's right for you. Cons - had to come back 2.5 hours later to get it even tho sitting on the showroom floor and then it wasn't ready at the promised time. After just hanging to the side of the register for 15 minutes, watching 7 customers get helped, different person asks to help us. I told him we were waiting to pick up my bike.
