My little brother always goes in here and spends all kinds of money for his bikes and the guys here told him they aren’t willing to help him or sell to him until he gives them a 5 star review. I’m sorry but forcing customers to give you good reviews isn’t how you should get your reviews😴😴😴

I was disappointed to see the guy behind the counter was wearing his mask under his nose. Every customer had a mask on so I guess he doesn't think they are all that important to him. We must stop the casual attitude if we ever want to stop the spread.

Leon BXC has been rocking the mask since March! We will make sure to continue to as well as ask customers to and provide them for free for those who do not as well! SAFTEY has been and will always be #1 We have also made sure all our counters are more than 6feet away from check out!
I understand that in the current situation the staff is swamped and wait times get stretched out. The staff has always got to me in a timely manner and have been courteous and very helpful.

The gentleman claiming to be the owner was astonishingly rude to me from the moment I walked in the store. I didn’t even get the opportunity to try anything on before leaving. After talking with a few of my friends and another gentleman that used to work for this store I learned that this owner has a problem giving good service to women especially. I will never set foot in his small business again.

Huge shout out to Bicycle X-Change for helping to repair my son’s blown tire at the state qualifier race! The patch held up and my son was able to finish his race. Definitely a stand up company!
