A BIG, BIG THANK-YOU to Bicycle X-Change! Two weeks in a row I’ve had minor but ride ending mishaps with my bike. Thankfully the mishaps happened relatively close to the Bicycle X-Change store on W Douglas. Both times I pushed my bike into the store and they got me up and riding. Immediately and no charge! Great service! THANK YOU!
The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I know absolutely nothing about bikes and had no idea what I wanted but they took care of me and showed me many different styles until I found the one that fit me. Thank you!
