Great gym- full set of equipment, staff are helpful.
Great swim, very friendly staff you need a colourful swim hat and a tow float but you can buy or rent the tow float if you want to. It's a bit slippery getting in the first meter or so but then there's some astro turf or something like it to walk on, shame it doesn't continue right to the edge as that would be a lot safer. There's changing rooms and showers, unfortunately the showers spray water all over the room and not much goes on you, but we told them so hopefully they'll fix it! I'll let you know tomorrow.
Looks like a great training centre. However, the sauna was unavailable due to the door being broken (no signs or mentioning of it) and the lake was mentioned to give you swimmer's itch.
