I was so impressed by the staff in this shop in Bicester I had my necklace nicely restrung .. I also took a silver necklace in , The Silver Smith Stephen did the most amazing job ,such a skilled man as it was not easy to match the chain to lengthen it. I so recommend him for all Jewelry alterations large or small
I had the best experience with Biaggio’s having my old family engagement ( 3 diamond) ring made into an engagement ring (surprise) for my daughter of 2 emeralds and a diamond. The staff were so knowledgeable and helpful going above and beyond when it looked like the ring may not be ready in time. They genuinely seemed to delight in the excitement of the surprise. Ring is beautiful, daughter now engaged and I have ended up with a pair of diamond earrings.
We had a silver bangle which had been left to us by a relative re-designed into 2 bangles for our daughters. The vision and care from Vanessa,Louisa, Stephen and the team was first class. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
Biagio is the best jeweller in town. They have a really lovely selection for any budget, from the affordable up to the stuff you could never dream of buying. I have to give a special shout out to Nikki who is fantastic. Not only has she remembered me and my partner from the few times we have been in she helped me with a customer order for somethings special which was a surprise.
