I went in there to enquire about having an oval diamond pendant made for my daughter. I was not sure whether to go for lab grown or natural. Louisa helped me deciding what was best by providing estimates for both. She has been a real pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. In the end I went for a lab grown diamond which they set for me into a beautiful four claw platinum pendant. I couldn’t be happier with the result. The pendant is absolutely stunning and the price was also very reasonable.
My ear ring got stuck on and had started to become infected. These ladies were amazing and took time patience and were really professional going above and beyond to assist me getting it off. I really can’t thank you guys enough. Really have learnt a lesson here using cheaper Jewellery especially when I learnt that your Stock is very reasonably priced. Will def use you in future.
I recently purchased an engagement ring from the Biagio store in Bicester. The service I received from start to finish was exceptional. All of the staff are accommodating and friendly, but Nikki truly went above and beyond. Nikki was attentive, reassuring and above all else kind, and a pleasure to deal with. The ring is of the highest quality and priced reasonably, offering great value for such an important occasion. Proud to support a local business and certain to return again.
