Disappointing. My parents have purchased a lot from this shop but service and quality of products have been poor recently. To the point that my mums, special anniversary gift had to be remade and remade as it kept going brown and now remade in different gold so she can't put with her wedding and engagement ring as it is platinum and the others are white gold and not compatible. And new ring was cheaper as in platinum but money left from the original ring was kept for postage and extras not the normal way of doing things. So ... read more

Many thanks to Sharon for her professional friendly and knowledgeable assistance. I have been to Biagio Thame before and the experience has always first class. BTW there disabled friendly easily coping with my wheel chair. Would definitely use them again! M&K

Beautiful eternity ring made in rose gold in time for my 10th wedding anniversary. Service was impeccable and Sharon was wonderful in making the process itself feel special too. We bought our wedding rings here too and will always return there if we can.

Thanks to Anna’s excellent consultation skills and their goldsmith’s experience I am now the very pleased owner of a necklace with my engagement ring stones reset with the same ‘x’s between each one. I didn’t need to worry about not being able to get it over my arthritic knuckles. 5* service.

Thank you to Biagio and the team at both the Thame and Bicester store - Incredible service and really welcoming! We bought our Engagement and Wedding rings from here and if I need anything in the future, I will be going back!
