Bally’s classes are absolutely amazing!!! It’s all down to the instructor and how they teach which delivers a great class. The energy that Bally brings to the classes is what allows us to engage and enjoy. The credit all goes to Bally and she’s the reason I go! The music is bang on too!! I will forever love these classes 🤩
Brilliant Class, I look forward to going to do the exercises. Bally is very friendly, encouraging. All the other members are friendly too.
Been attending Bally"s Streetly and recently the online classes, love the energy and even though some nights i have to force myself to go by the end i feel happy and energised. With healthy eating and attending classes I have lost nearly two stone in 4 months
Soo much more enjoyable than going to a gym class!! Super fun cardio workout! Can easily burn 300-400 calories in one hour! Bally kept us engaged and made it fun for us. Will definitely be going back!!
