Super quiet Swimming pool there. Therefore, I’m going in there again.
This has been a fabulous area for me to use, and I have been coming here for a number of years. All of the receptionists are friendly and welcoming. They answer any questions that I may have. The gym downstairs, resistance, is nice and compact with various equipment on offer. The swimming pool changing rooms are clean and spacious, and the sauna is wonderful for time for relaxation.
Purely from my experience, getting on the resistance or cable machines you want can be a challenge, especially when some are out of order. I would recommend to them they get a rack for a variety of bars, they have Ez bars, but no cambered ones. There's a huge bucket of cable machine handles for the lat press, but a rack with a variety of bars might encourage people to use the benches more and introduce a new exercise without taking up space.
