After 4 years at this gym, I can honestly say it's so much more than just a place to work out — it's a real community. The coaches are amazing, supportive, motivating and genuinely care about every single person who walks through the doors. I was very worried about going to gym after last entering a gym almost 25 years ago. I learnt that I had nothing to fear. Was welcomed by thee trainers as well as by the patrons. No judgement was felt at all. Best thing about them was that I didn't have to think what to do, it's all planned out for you and everyone does the same as you by rotating throttle various exercise stations. I’ve had a great experience at BFT Gym. The team is very helpful, friendly, and always supportive. The trainers make sure everyone feels comfortable and motivated, no matter their fitness level.
