BFT Battersea is an awesome gym, with great vibes, motivating instructors and top quality classes. I love the variety of cardio and strength training and each class is totally different which keeps it fresh. It’s a lovely community and in just 21 days of training I made some solid progress towards building lean mass
I went to BFT Battersea when I was in a bit of a training slump and travelling a lot with work. The coaches there are brilliant and have built an incredible community. They helped me not just on my form but also motivation and accountability. I would highly recommend anyone thinking about it to try it out and sign up!
Incredible place to train. BFT is an awesome fitness community and the coaches make it thoroughly enjoyable. I came to BFT to prepare for a Hyrox and the programming was very professional. A perfect blend of strength sessions, cardio and hypertrophy with full hyrox sims on weekends. Would highly recommend for all types of abilities or anyone new to London who want to get stuck into a great fitness community.
I’ve absolutely loved being part of the BFT community for the past year! Thank you coaches so so so much you’ve been awesome!! It’s a tough goodbye moving to Brighton - but get a BFT set up down on the coast and I’ll be the first to sign up!!
Great experience at BFT. I was visiting a friend in London and did 2 classes at BFT, 1 proper strength training and 1 cardio. Nice team, everything was well organized. I highly recommend !
