I love H3O! I can run in the warm water a distance that I could not even walk on dry land. I finally have a way to exercise with my rheumatoid arthritis. H3O is an answer to my prayer.
Had our sons 7th birthday here. The kids had an amazing time! Heated pool, light show and played our own music. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Murfeesboro H30 Aquatics was just I needed to better myself. I like to work out but doing squats and running on the road would cause pain to my knees, now I can do the same exercises in the water with no pain!
The best workout ever!!! Once you try it...you will be hooked. I'm on my way to a healthy lifestyle and I can't do it without H3O Aquatics! The underwater treadmill is AWESOME! Due to my health conditions (arthritis and degenerative disc disease) I was somewhat skeptical at first...but now, its no turning back. I will reach all my 2015 physical activity goals!!! I will reach those goals thanks to the H3O Aquatics team! I love working out and not suffering with aches and pains after the workout. #H30Aquatics is the best!
Great place. I love going to exercise and the staff is really nice and knowledgeable.
