I came across this place accidentally when searching for a place to have my son's birthday party in October. I couldn't be more pleased! All the staff from the booking, to the tour, to the actual event were beyond amazing! The children loved the party and we honestly can't wait to go back! Highly recommended!

This place rocks! Completely blew my mind at what can be accomplished in the water......I actually RAN!! Underwater treadmills and the heated pool is what I needed, who knew?!?

I've been working with a personal trainer for 3 weeks, trying to recover strength & range of motion after breaking my left hip in a car accident 4 months ago. I've seen great results already, and plan to keep going until I can stand more than an hour at a time. I can't wait to get my husband (who has Parkinson's) and best friend (who has hypertension, type 2 diabetes, low back injuries, and is overweight) to come to H3O with me! :D
Place of hope and healing! Love it! I'm so thankful to have found H3O aquatics. Everyone is very supportive and helpful. Perfect for every level of fitness.
