My kids are doing so well with miss cara at their swimming lessons. This place is amazing.
Really glad I found this place! Went from tolerating almost no running to running 10 miles a week. I am able to try and stay in shape while not experiencing the pain/weakness as before. Such a God send!!
We had fun but who ever does scheduling Needs improvement.
I loved the experience. My mobility in the water is amazing. The staff and volunteers are very friendly always willing to assist me. I highly recommend.
Hydro bed was awesome. Can't wait to start yoga in heated pool. Mike and staff were very friendly.
