My son is taking swim lessons with Ms. Cara. He has made huge strides in a few short lessons. The staff is always so friendly and helpful!
We have both of our kids parties at H30 This year and both our guests walk away saying it was the best party they have been to. Michael and his staff is awesome. We highly recommend H30 for parties.

Ran 3.65 miles today in 40 minutes on the under water treadmill. I am so enjoying the warm water therapy pool! This is really good for me...someone who has not consistently walked and have never run. Love this place!
Excellent rehab for post op ACL repair (and fitness in general!). Facilities are so clean, owner is super nice and very helpful. And the price is unbelievably reasonable. I highly recommend H3O!!
My daughter had her 8 year old birthday at H30 Aquatics in Murfreesboro,Tn and she had a blast. The best part about the party was the swimming she said. She also loved the glow in the dark lights. I think everyone should check this place out. It is an awesome place to exercise, have a day to relax in a warm pool, birthday party's, and much more. I'm planning on taking my girls back and myself.
